Welcome to Alta Bus. By booking or using our charter bus services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Service Overview
Alta Bus provides safe, reliable, and comfortable charter transportation for corporate events, school trips, private groups, and more. Our modern fleet includes features such as Wi-Fi, PA systems, entertainment screens, and reclining seats to enhance your travel experience.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings with Alta Bus must be confirmed in writing via email or through our official website or booking platform.
A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment is typically due before the date of service unless otherwise arranged.
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved business account payments.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled service may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. For cancellation requests, please contact Alta Bus directly as soon as possible.
4. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat the Alta Bus staff and other riders with respect at all times.
Smoking, illegal substances, and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited on board.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers may result in repair charges billed to the booking party.
5. Delays & Interruptions
While Alta Bus strives to maintain punctual schedules, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We recommend including buffer time in your itinerary to account for possible travel delays.
6. Liability
Alta Bus is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your trip.
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service.
7. Changes to Services
Alta Bus reserves the right to substitute or upgrade vehicles to meet operational needs or in the event of equipment issues.
Requested changes to your reservation must be submitted in writing and may be subject to availability and additional fees.
8. Privacy
At Alta Bus, we value your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process is used strictly for service coordination and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.
9. Acceptance of Terms
